our services...
We maintain an holistic approach to health & wellbeing and promise to honour the Maori Health Model - Te Whare Tapa Wha in the delivery of our physiotherapy service. This ensures that we're respectful of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and you as an individual are valued for… where you come from, both land & whanau/social environment; what you believe in; and for how you present today, mentally & physically.
We can help with improving the quality of life and/or assisting you with your return to work or play. We are accredited ACC providers with a focus and special interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation and we have experience in workplace injuries, vestibular care, and High Performance Sports. Although we do not specialise in neurological, respiratory or women's health physiotherapy our therapists do have an interest and awareness of these areas of health having personally survived the recent Covid-19 epidemic and too experiencing hormonal changes and familial events with changes in the development of the cycle of life!
We will listen to what you can share about your injury history and spend time to help you learn about all contributing factors, not just the sore part. We will help you to help yourself but you will take the lead, we will act on your instruction and collaborate with your wider support group if you wish. We can help you access FREE interpreter services if you require assistance.
We have a one on one style of treatment, treatment rooms are spacious, separate, clean and private; and we have a full rehabilitation gym for private use.
We have the skills, knowledge, and experience to help you to understand your injury and the choice of treatment options available to you. Your bespoke rehabilitation plan is determined on your wants, needs and abilities, we will use the following treatment techniques to help you put the pieces of the puzzle together so that you can reach your goals.
We are excited to share with you our ACUTE INJURY CLINIC, open from Tuesday 11th November!!!
